We recently used JKB Construction for our first-ever bathroom renovation, and we’re really happy with the final result. Since this was our first reno, Jeff did a great job guiding us through the process and offering helpful advice along the way. We’re very pleased with how our new bathroom turned out and would happily recommend JKB Construction to anyone planning a renovation.
Every time we hear homeowners complain about their renovation we thank our lucky stars that JKB Construction specifically Jeff was our contractor. We had a complete reno of our townhouse. Jeff was so reliable in every way. He completed the project in the time he told us and for the price he quoted. He has a great crew working with him who all spoke so highly of him. We had an unanticipated issue with an unsupported ceiling joist requiring the Strata Engineer to be involved. We almost lost our place in line for the countertop delivery but Jeff stayed late and did what needed to be done to keep everything on track. The best thing of all is that we love the end result.
Jeff has done three large projects for us - our kitchen and main floor, our exterior including a large covered deck and most recently a bathroom and hvac. Consistently, Jeff is at the site constantly moving the project along, and staying on top of the subcontractors. Jeff has always been open to working through my “ideas” to make them workable. We trust Jeff to do a quality job and to steer us through the crazy unknowns that all renovations have in an older home. Thanks Jeff!!
We have had JKB do a few projects for us, from our kitchen reno, and two bathrooms, to just recently completing a large composite deck at our pool. We’ve been using Jeff for 15 years now and have always been delighted with his work. He has built the shed in our backyard, built two decks, renovated our master bedroom and done a bunch of other jobs. The results were superb every time. Jeff does great work and is great to deal with.
