Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Susan Lee. She repeatedly misled us regarding the availability of a property, falsely claiming multiple offers and stating the house was sold when it's still actively listed online. Her attempts to manipulate for a higher offer were unprofessional and unethical. This behavior eroded any trust we had. Would not recommend their services due to her dishonest practices

Cheong Won , This guy is a joke, he doesn't want to get out of his office at all. Even though I live next to his listed business, he still wants me to come to his office instead of him crawling out of his office. He acts just as his looking as meanspirited.
