Terrible customer service. She told me, and I was scared just being there and talking to her. She permed my hair, and two days aftet washing, my hair was permed at all. I went back to her to fix it, and she accused me of washing it with shampoo while I swore to her I didn't, and I wanted it to be fixed as I paid $185 for a perm that didn't do anything but damage it. I permed my hair 4 times before and it had never been pulled this much before. At the same time, the handbag and a very random person were coming and touching my hair. As it was busy and they kept leaving my hair to attend to another customer or get more customers simultaneously. While I tried to communicate that I was getting hurt, she was commenting that I had low pain tolerance and was not strong. She didn't fix my hair and kept telling me. If a business can't tolerate risks and keep its customers satisfied, then that business should not exist in the first place. If I were you, I would not risk going to this salon if your hair or satisfaction is not met. Then the salon won't take any responsibility and in fact, accuses you of lying.
I’m their official last customer for 2022! I came 30 min. before closing on NYE (which I’m really sorry about) to get a manicure and brow threading, but the two ladies were really accommodating and nice to me! Thank you so much! 🙏 I really appreciate your service. Very convenient location too. Will definitely come back! 😊

Owner is really professional and she cut my hair for over 20years.....as I use to live in neighborhood. Also price is more than fair and service is exceptional. Would high recommend for men's haircut.
Joanna’s I use to go here since early 2012s and I believ the daughter cuts my hair leanne, she always does a good job w cutting mens hair. They do womens hair , nails , mani/pedi cures not the best parking lot but they share with Pizza Hut. Nice people, good service salon . The prices seem very honest
