Have been coming here for about 4 years, always a great experience, have had acupuncture and massage services by a variety of acupuncture specialists and RMTs and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The owner is extremely friendly and polite. The overall attention to hygiene and sanitization is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone.
I’ve been going to this spa regularly for the past four months, and it’s honestly one of my favorite self-care routines. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, and the complimentary sauna before the massage is such a great bonus. I always book a relaxation massage and it’s consistently amazing. Jennifer is wonderful - kind, professional, and really intuitive. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service, definitely great value for money. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this spa!
I highly recommend facials with Maria. She is knowledgeable and skilled ... she cleared my hormonal acne after 5 months of facials. Front desk staff are friendly and booking appointments have been easy.
Have been here twice and loved it both times. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, both on reception and in the treatment areas. My facials were wonderful both visits, and my RMT massage from Mansour hit spots I didn’t even know needed hit! The complementary sauna at the beginning is the perfect way to begin a really enjoyable bit of ‘me’ time. Thoroughly recommended.
When I first visited this center, they scheduled me for a massage the following week. Despite having all my insurance information as well as my spouse’s, when we went back the next week, they told us the insurance wouldn’t cover it, and we’d have to pay upfront and claim it ourselves. They didn’t even bother to call us in advance to inform us so that we could decide accordingly. After a 30-minute drive and taking time out of our schedule to go there, they told us about this issue only upon arrival. The receptionist rudely said, “You’ll get your money back from the insurance,” but my concern wasn’t the money. I was upset because I had to visit twice for a 30-minute massage, and they were trying to corner me into accepting the situation. My main issue was with the time wasted. In the end, I left without getting the massage, having wasted a significant amount of my time by choosing this center. The employees’ poor English, lack of professionalism, and disregard for people’s time are major weaknesses of this center.
