Kathy Chou provided an extremely frustrating experience. For nearly two weeks, we submitted all requested documentation, employer and landlord references, and responded promptly to every follow-up. The process was consistently delayed, poorly communicated, and expectations were not managed in a transparent or professional manner. After significant time and effort on our part, we were abruptly informed that the unit was no longer available because another offer had been accepted. The overall handling showed a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for the client’s time. I would not recommend working with Kathy Chou to anyone who values clear communication and efficient, responsible service.
