.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Simply put; Russ is a good man ... He gave us an exceptionally friendly and comfortable service. His rates are reasonable in comparison with most of lawyers in Calgary and he is generous with his time. He left no stones unturned or cut no corners in advising us.

Booked an appointment with Russ to create wills / power of attorneys for my wife and I. We took the afternoon off of work and showed up to the appointment to find that Russ was not in his office. Tried to contact Russ to get reimbursed for parking for him missing the appointment and we were told it was our fault and we had asked to move the appointment rather than owning up to double booking himself. Poor customer service to blame us for his mistake.
Russ made everything easy. He took the time to explain each step carefully making sure I understood the process before making my decisions. Warm and wonderful. Thank you Russ!
