I had an initial consult with Mr. Smeet and on the second visit, I felt like I had to answer again the questions that were asked on the first visit. Of course I got charged for that extra time. I felt he didn't care for my case as he sent me the submission last minute for me to review prior to the deadline. Lastly, he provided me my results without explaining my options and deadlines. To top, he was away so I ended up missing a deadline which left me with little options. Mr. Smeets won one of the largest human rights tribunal in BC but I feel like he is no longer as dedicated.
We received from the Lawyer Kevin Rosales and staff of Smeets Law Corporation a very professional service that allowed us to win work that we entrusted to him. He was very detailed, worked hard and gave us correct advice in a timely manner, I would not hesitate to recommend him or to entrust him with any other related need he had.
Kevin Rosales is a great lawyer, totally recommend him. My family and I, are forever grateful for your help and support. You took care of every detail and did an amazing job representing us. God bless you Kevin.

Unfortunately I can't recommended this law firm. They seem to be quite unprofessional. We had a long conversation over the phone and they confirmed they will be able to take my case. I've sent them a lot of documents so that they can review. We scheduled another phone call for consultation. They had to cancel it as the lawyer was away. They promised to call me back to schedule another time. I'm still waiting for that consultation to happen. Complete waste of time.
