Their phone system makes you think you entered your membership number incorrectly. The website is horrible--not everyone reads in Korean and their website regularly times out. Horrible customer service. It regularly takes over 30 minutes to reach anyone. They are all utterly incompetent and their English is horrible. So hard to understand them, and none of them seemed to understand what I was saying even with repeating my requests. It takes over an hour each time to finish a call each time. The phone recording tells us to be kind to their customer reps and I guess it's because they really are so incompetent that they're yelled at all the time. And there is no manager on site. The lady couldn't even answer me if they even have a manager or if the manager is coming in later. I don't know who the HR is around here. They're hiring the most inconvenient people.

I received an email informing me that my flight has been rescheduled to a different date. However, my connecting flight has not yet been updated. The email stated that I must contact customer service to check the status. In attempting to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my connecting flight, I encountered a significant number of incoming calls, resulting in my call being abruptly terminated. I strongly urge immediate action to rectify this situation.

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would have. Absolutely the worst customer service, especially their so-called US Marketing which you are directed to contact by email. I don't want to list all of the negative events because that will take a 5 page essay, but I suffered for several days, dealing with reps who simply do NOT read what you write, and in the end, I was forced to pay $600 more for two business class tickets for my relatives traveling from SKorea to the U.S. Don't even bother with this airline; they will turn a simple action of making a reservation into a nightmare. The company will be fully merged with Korean Air in mid-2025, so get prepared for more expensive tickets to SKorea. I have never experienced anything like this from any airline, and that's saying a lot when we have American Airlines and Delta.
