Garbage airline that you should avoid at all costs. Both my flight from Toronto and return from Vancouver were delayed. Not to mention the atrocious legroom. Additionally, the WiFi was not working on either flight. Please choose either Porter or WestJet over Air Canada or Flair if you want a decent flight.

Non functional app for making flight changes. Always says no available flight. have been trying to change flight for 3 days now and cannot get through to customer service number. 0 stars for customer support. I will find a new airline. 8 flights in the last 6 months with them, every single one had delays and / or lost baggage. If you find an employee to help they are worn out and tired. AI just advises you to try calling back later and disconnects the call. Regulators should step in and make them behave, they are dishonest and somehow manage to find a "not our fault" excuse for failing to render services paid for.

YVR to NRT on a 787-9, the seats were big and comfortable, we got 2 meals and multiple drinks, lots of in-flight entertainment available and it was all at a good price!

I flew from Vancouver to Mexico City with Air Canada and the overall service was extremely poor. First of all, I was unable to complete my online check-in due to issues with the website. I was traveling with a senior passenger, and not being able to select seats together made the experience even more difficult. The spacing between seats was horrendous, and none of the seats reclined, which made the flight very uncomfortable. I have recently traveled on domestic flights with other airlines and found them to be far more comfortable. On top of the already expensive tickets, I was charged extra for basic items such as a meal — not even a proper meal, just a sandwich — and headphones. Overall, this was a miserable flight experience and far below what I would expect from any airline.

Dealing with Air Canada has been a huge letdown. Unless you’re calling to buy new tickets, getting through to a real person is almost impossible. The moment you have an actual issue like delayed or lost luggage you’re stuck in endless email threads with barely any real help. Both of our bags were sent to different destinations, and we had nothing to wear during our vacation except the single outfits we arrived in. It was exhausting and completely unacceptable to deal with while trying to enjoy our trip. Honestly I’d for sure steer clear of Air Canada if you have other options. Air Canada’s Customer service = -0
