Worst shipper at lax. Prepare to wait 2+ hours minimum. Personnel is rude, they don’t care about anything but their paycheck. Everything is dirty. No restroom even when it’s emergency.

It is one of your big mistakes if you have pick up or delivery to this address. I came here at 3:30 pm and still waiting it is 9 pm. I do not recommend this place. They only have 5 docks and you have to wait side of street

Swiss is managing the building. Swiss has priority. 2/25/2025 drivers that were picking up were told that door 6 is a Swiss import only door. Export door 17 is for deliveries. No sign is posted by the door or in the Lobby. If you do not have a door by 10pm you will not be able to process to pick up or deliver. There was a time when management worked with the drivers. That time has passed.

One of the worst shippers, importers / exporters ever. Be ready to wait 2+ hours check in process if you have a 53 ft trailer. No restrooms for drivers and the employees here are rude and moody.

Absolutely robbery they charged me over $8300 or $2100 per pallet per day! I requested ti meet the manager who conveniently was in meetings and replied by email despite me standing in their office how crude ! Never use them ever again! If you want to get fleeced use Air France or their co robbers KLM.
