When my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly, we had a green burial for her just a few days later. That means no embalming, no traditional casket, no synthetic materials at all. We didn't expect it would be such a challenge to get flowers that would meet the requirements! Most florists required more time to put anything together, and the ones that I contacted who could do it in time, weren't at all helpful with the "green" aspect of it. But when I called Brookswood Florist and spoke with Crystal, she immediately started thinking of how to accommodate the request. In the end, she put together two beautiful bouquets of fresh cut flowers, tied with natural twine, then placed in a shallow cardboard box for transportation. She had shaped them so that we could place them end to end, creating a casket spray by filling in the centre with loose flowers that she included, and showed me how best to place. It ended up looking beautiful! We are so thankful for Crystal's kindness and helpfulness, listenimg to us and taking the time to come up with a solution when others didn't want to make that bit of extra effort. Thank you, Crystal!
I never thought I’d have a go to flower shop but I guess I do now. They’re so reasonably priced and fast. I also appreciate them packaging the vases so I can safely transport the flowers. I ordered them on two occasions and very happy with the results. Thank you!

They created the most beautiful bouquet, and were kind enough to call and let me know when my friend wasn't home for delivery, and they left the flowers in a bucket of water, which I appreciated as it didn't force someone to go pick them up. I was wary about ordering a bouquet sight unseen online, but I am so happy with what was received! My only suggestion would be to tailor delivery options to what will actually be available - I had picked 11-12 PM, but their delivery driver didn't actually arrive at the store until 2 PM. No problem for me, but could have been for someone who really did need delivery at that specific time.
Very easy transaction and delivered the flowers on time. Highly recommended. The flowers were beautiful my wife loved it.
