Year's ago, I bought a Riobel shower fixture set from Save More Plumbing & Lighting. I live in a high-rise condo in downtown Vancouver and recently discovered that my Riobel water mixer failed and was letting hot water cross over to the cold water line. It affected my whole apartment and I wasn't able to get cold water. After doing some investigating, I discovered the problem was with the mixer. I hired a plumber to get it replaced. When he opened up the unit, he told me it wasn't a Riobel authentic mixer inside but some sort of generic plastic on that anyone can buy from Amazon. I was really upset to find out I wasn't getting all "AUTHENTIC" parts for the expensive fixture that I paid for. My plumber told me it was a mixer from a Moen line and NOT Riobel. I felt ripped off. Plus I remember when I bought the item, the box was opened and another part was missing. Instead of asking one of their team members to bring it down to the store on Kingsway from their main Surrey store and warehouse, I was asked to go down there and pick it up myself. BAD Service. Beware when you buy bath fixtures here because you may not be getting 100% products from that brand. I DO NOT plan to shop at Save More Plumbing and Lighting in the future.
I've dealt with Matilda at Save More Plumbing & Lighting several times now, and find her to be excellent. She is very knowledgeable about the different brands and options, very helpful and prompt about responding to questions. Save More has a great selection of plumbing and lighting options as well. Highly recommend!
I have been a customer for many years for kitchen and bathroom upgrades and renovations. Soni consistently provides great recommendations on products and design. I have found their products they represent to be excellent. Everything arrived on time and any questions I get immediate responses. Excellent company with exceptionally good service, products and pricing. This is just from one of my bathrooms just recently completed.

The staff here is very helpful. Matilda, the saleslady, is always upfront and honest in serving customers. Good selection here. A good selection of high end faucets and toilets. I bought an Icera smart toilet from savemore and the plumber wasn't quite sure how to work the different functions. I called Savemore and the boss, Norottam, came to my place and set it up for me. I would return to this store to buy my home accessories. Very good service.
