Just came back from Maple Road tour to Canada. Jay Kim, our tour guide, was the BEST! FROM Niagara falls to Quebec, tour was Fantastic. Hotels were top notch and meals were delicious. Jay really knew how to guide us to important and fun places in Canada. If you are a big fan of Goblin ( 도깨비), you have to go with Jay. Thank you Jay and Samho tour.

I paid Samho Tours for flights and hotels and have been trying to obtain a refund for over a year. As of now, I’m still owed $30,000+ related to services that were not delivered as agreed / refunded. Communication has been inconsistent and the refund has not been resolved despite repeated attempts. I’ve filed reports (including IC3) and I currently have legal action in progress. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We joined the Western U.S. Grand Canyon tour and had a really great time. The schedule was smooth and well organized, and the hotels worked out comfortably for our family. Our guide shared useful info at each stop and kept things running nicely, which we appreciated. What made the trip even better was the people we traveled with, everyone in the group was friendly and easy to be around, which made the whole experience really enjoyable for us and the kids. We came back with lots of good memories and would recommend this tour to anyone thinking about a Western U.S. trip.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Joe and his travel agency. I did not receive flight confirmations ahead of time, and I only discovered issues once I was already at the airport, where I had to be rebooked on the spot. No traveler should have to deal with that. The unknown and last minute shuffling literally ruined my entire trip and still ruminates on my mind to this day. Mind you, I used his services for a bucket list trip to Australia in January 2024 with a cherished friend of mine. On top of that, I am still waiting on a refund that was promised a year ago. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been shocking. This agency is unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Just experienced a road rage incident with one of their drives in SF. Cut me off, beeped out of anger and then flicked me off (see attached photo). This person shouldn’t be trusted with a bus.
