My 6-night, 7-day trip to Costa Rica, starting November 16th, was truly wonderful. Western Europe travel was often so time-pressed, but this trip was truly relaxing. Outside the city, it felt like a jungle. I also enjoyed the guidance of our guide, Lee Hyeon-geun, and the restaurants he recommended. This trip to Costa Rica was truly comfortable and relaxing.

This is the worst travel agency I've ever seen. Compared to many others, this one is subpar. When problems arise, instead of taking responsibility, they blame the customer, get angry, and constantly change their words and lie. Their insincere and irresponsible response from beginning to end is infuriating. They ruined a precious family trip. I absolutely do not recommend this company. If you don't want to ruin precious family time, please choose another company. **I'm adding more information below due to the brazen response. Taking responsibility doesn't mean fooling the customer by changing their words. This travel agency shifts the blame to the customer for their own mistakes, gaslighting them, and causing a lot of stress. And if they had a clear conscience, they would understand better. I don't want to waste any more emotions, and I hope others will consider this carefully before making a decision.

While my wife and I were choosing a travel destination, we suddenly chose Costa Rica and traveled there. We boarded a plane with excitement and anticipation for a new place, and it was a trip with six people: my brother and his wife, my friend and his wife, and my wife and I. We arrived in Costa Rica around 1:30 in the morning. Even at that late hour, our guide, Lee Hyeon-geun, welcomed us with a smile. From the first moment, the sense of trust and reassurance made us all feel at ease. We were able to make the most of our six-day trip by sharing a lot of information, such as good travel destinations and options for us to choose from, as well as his own know-how. I am grateful to Mirae Travel Agency for helping us make the most of our time. It was a time when I solidified my decision to make our travel plans through Mirae Travel Agency in the future.
