Googlea year agoIf you can get a sky couch then air New Zealand is great. Otherwise the planes are old cramped and crowded. Missed a flight due to airline issue and moved to an overbooked flight. 15 hours with two kids unable to sleep has been one of the most painful travel experiences ever.
