I’ve experienced the same problems as others have identified. I booked and paid for my premium economy seat 7 months before the flight, only to find out on the day of departure that my seat was given to another passenger. They assigned me an economy middle seat instead. No explanation was given other than possible computer glitch.

Changed seating on returning floght and Delayed baggage. When we received it, we had Missing items and items purchased on our trip with no compensation. I wish i had looked up the reviews prior to booking Level/Iberia. Do not book with them, save yourself the headache and Monitary loss.

So you think you are booking with Iberia, but you actually get a flight with LEVEL. While still paying well over $1000 you get to fly with a low cost carrier. You pay for a seat upgrade on the way back, because the seats are so insanely tight - only to find out that your seat is broken and the cushion is falling off. You tell a staff member about it and nothing is being done, no follow up - nothing. They make you pay for EVERYTHING on this flight. Headsets are €2. No pillow, no blanket - unless you pay. Ginger Ale? There is an extra cost. You pay extra online for a breakfast sandwich, thry forget to order it. You turn on the call light, they just turn it off without helping you. They skip you for drink service, you ask for a tea and they never bring it. The restrooms are disgusting. And mind you this is a 12 hour flight. It’s little things like these that make a flight comfortable. Avoid at all cost! It’s not worth it. Plus they need to advertise better on Iberia that this is not them. I will not fly again with either.

Worst customer service from an airline I've ever used. Everyone working with this airline must be either miserable or hate their job. Same quality of service from the call center and from the LAX airline staff. Only reason I would fly with them again is because of free flights I get with my AVIOS. The plane itself was ok, not crappy but not great. Probably one of the tighter fitted international planes I've flown in. They were very inefficient when boarding and our flight ended up being delayed due to their inefficiency.

DO NOT FLY IBERIA!!! This is the worst airline I have ever flown in my entire life. They downgraded my premium economy window seat to an economy middle seat on a 12 hour flight. My seat was given to another woman same-day, while I had purchased my seat months in advance. I will NEVER in my life fly Iberia EVER AGAIN.
