We have been here for 4 days family trip and we are leaving tomorrow morning. This hotels price-quality ratio is good. Hotel is not new but as you can expect from a Korean establishment it’s very clean and all of staff persons are very polite. As Nordics, we really appreciated the free morning coffee and muffin in the lobby. There is lot of good restaurants nearby. The location is good especially if you have a car. We also traveled a bit by metro and it's not a long walk there either. It is true that there are homeless people living on the street next door. However, they did not bother us at all. We generally felt safe walking around the area between 9am and 10pm. The parking lot is guarded. I can recommend this place.

The small restaurant next door has great honey Korean food. The owner brought us extra kimchee. The lunch special is one heck of a deal. Fish and short ribs with soup and rice salad and sides for 25 dollars. An amazing deal. I’ll be coming weekly

Our stay was Dec 22-23. The staff was nice and parking was good. But we were very upset when a cleaner opened our room door while we were still inside, despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign being on. Once she realized we were there, she quickly shut the door and left. We didn't feel comfortable staying any longer, so we reported it to the front desk and checked out right away. Privacy is very important, and this shouldn't have happened."

A beautiful, quaint, stay in a lovely hotel. The sent of the lobby gave me resort vibes. It was divine. I would stay here again. The staff was super friendly, and you could tell. They put a lot of effort into their business.

I feel guilty leaving a bad review because the staff were nice, but the overall experience was very bad. NO AC: Very hot, unrestful two nights from no AC, which I apparently had to contact the front desk to activate. When I asked if I could activate from my room, the desk person only said: "Do you want AC or not?" Even when activated, system worked initially but eventually strongly pumped out *heat*. The front desk then refused to let me check out one night early. I ended up eating the cost and leaving anyway. HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT - It's also across from what appears to be a homeless encampment - trash, large tarps, shopping carts, etc.
