strongly urge others to think twice before booking with this hotel. I reserved a room for a work conference and paid out of pocket with the understanding that my employer would reimburse me. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because I needed to travel out of state to be with my dying father. I understand that I selected a nonrefundable rate. However, there are moments in life that call for basic compassion, and this was one of them. I canceled the reservation the day before check in. The very day I was supposed to arrive at the hotel was the day my father passed away. I contacted customer service and was told they would request a one time courtesy refund from the hotel given the circumstances. After waiting more than a month during an already devastating period, I was informed that the hotel refused to make any exception, even for the death of a parent. Policies are one thing. Humanity is another. For a brand that promotes hospitality and loyalty, the complete lack of empathy shown here is deeply disappointing. After many years of staying at Hilton properties, this experience has permanently changed my perception. If you value flexibility, compassion, and customer care during unforeseen emergencies, I recommend booking elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience during our check-in thanks to Daniela at Hilton. She took the time to walk us through the neighborhood map of Los Angeles and explained everything so clearly, which was incredibly helpful for us as visitors. She also accommodated our requests in such a friendly and welcoming manner. This kind of genuine hospitality and excellent customer service is rare to find these days. Daniela truly made our stay start on a wonderful note. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Amazing hotel and first time been in that hotel. Everything wasn't that far to get to plus the train is in a walking distance. Cons - the shower needs a better water guard. Water kept coming out Best location ever. The receptionist was cool when I mention ill have someone come to decorate the room for valentines day. They were cool helping the person that would decorate the room ^_^

Room is Very Nice, some dated items like the TV/remote , the paint in the bathtub but Very comfortable and welcoming, Water pressure and temps were spot on. Elevators are a bit slow and a bit half size as regular but theres 4 so its fine. Front desk staff is 75/25 Top tier, besides a certain situation that was already addressed with manager, They're usually Friendly and respectful despite of Your age or attire. Parking is Nice lots of spots, valet parking is optional too. Justice Breakfast Buffet area was descent, Staff can be hit or miss with Friendliness, we overheard one of the staff members Mutter some unkind words when a family party of 7+ with kids came in. Unpleasing, but the staff in charge of the breakfast kept the area always Topped up which was nice. Area is very close to Little tokyo nice spot to stay if interested in the area and A short drive from the dodger stadium. Also the Garden up top is a nice scenic view. I would recommend this spot

Had the hotel make mistake on a room booking but was compensated for and well lookes after. Thank you Amber! Ambience and location was great! Close to shops and Tokyo Town which is beautiful at night! Rooms were relatively tidy and working air conditioners is great for any time of the season! +++ It can be very busy at the reception at times because of the amount of people checking in/out so props to all the receptionists!
