It was my first time staying there with my friend. We both enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The room was super clean and we had room service every day. The staff were very nice and professional. We enjoyed our breakfast at the cafeteria and it is a great place to have lunch and breakfast there with many yummy selections. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!!!!

I stayed here just for one night in LA with a friend of mine. I found the room the day of, and I called ahead of time as well. When I got there, I am not sure of the name of the person who checked us in but he was so so nice. He explained everything clearly and when we got up to our room and discovered there was no hand soap, we called and he came himself just to deliver it. I think possibly staying here for an extended period of time could be more of an issue. Reading through some other reviews, I do agree that the noise from outside is pretty loud at night and the rooms are small. But just for a temporary period it was great. The rooms were clean, I felt safe and comfortable, and the location was very good. One side note is the shower situation - there’s no actual shower door so when you shower, the whole bathroom will become extremely wet. For a quick stay, cleanliness and good service, I would certainly recommend this place. I also felt like the price was pretty decent (close to 160 for a night, and again this was booked the day of on Priceline). I’m just knocking off one star for the points I made above.

FRAUD ALERT!!! My wife and I went to a show at the Wiltern Theatre a few weeks ago. This hotel looked to be within walking distance of the theatre, so I booked it. Firstly, do not be misguided by the pictures. We got there at 2pm, an hour before the normal check-in, and had to pay an additional $20 for early check-in. Our room was horrible. It was tiny. It was dirty. The hotel was far from boutique. And the room smelled like urine after the minisplit had been running for a while. The building next door (5 feet away) was under construction, so all we could hear was saws and nail guns throughout the day. The view consisted of a pile of pigeon poop on the next door building. Also, the front desk warned us not to walk back from the theater because of the crime in the neighborhood. Upon check out, I told the front desk about the urine smell, and he said he'd let the manager know, and I could be contacted. 2 weeks later, the credit card that I used to book and charge my room was flagged for a $350 purchase in LA. I had not used that credit card in months, except for the hotel. I had not even taken the card with me. They just charged my "card on file" when we checked in. I looked up the restaurant where the purchase was luckily declined by Capital One, and it was a Mexican place about 10 miles from the hotel. I once again called the hotel and asked for the manager to call me. Because someone there took my credit card number. Maybe it was even the manager, since he never called me back? But it's now been over a week, and he has not called. So here I am, warning others not to stay there. And I almost forgot about the $34 "secure" parking fee. It is far from secure. The gate looks like it hasn't been closed in 10 years, with vines growing through it. There was no one outside checking vehicles, because many vehicles did not have hotel parking tags on their windshields. Just a vacant valet stand.

Super adorable boutique style hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, gave excellent recommendations for food in the area. Very walkable to so many bars and restaurants. Affordable, the only reason for the missing star is due to room needing another mirror, preferably full length and tv settings don’t allow volume to go full sound but at top volume it’s so low you can’t hear anything over outside noise.

Adorable boutique hotel in walkable no stress and friendly Koreatown neighborhood. Edwin, Henry, and Christopher provided excellent service delivery! This is a sweet hidden gem and we’ll definitely stay again in the future.
