Amazing stay! The staff were so kind and so much help. They made everything easy and the rooms are super clean and nice. I’m really grateful for their help and would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect place to stay, Me & My daughter enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly & really made sure we were happy with our stay. It was close to the concert we went to which was great & We will be coming back. Thankful we found this place

I stayed here with family in a double room and safe to say I will not be back. The room had a bad smell to it & the bathroom smelled like sewer the entire time we stayed there. The bed was the so uncomfortable & the pillows feel like they’re made of small cotton balls. The carpet was so outdated and dirty. Sad to say, it was not an enjoyable experience.

Very happy with this place for the price. The check-in was smooth despite it all being virtual. Shout out to Resa for making it easy. The room was clean, had great AC, and was comfortable. We knew what we were getting with the surrounding area and it is what it is, you will not have any trouble getting in and out of the hotel if you're getting dropped off. Overall very happy with our stay.

Loved our stay! My husband and I booked a room as part of a group booking for a wedding. Exceptional service—the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive! The booking and check-in process were quick and easy. Our room was super spacious, clean, well-stocked with towels, and had everything we needed to prepare for the wedding. There’s lots of parking! The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest we’ve ever had!! And the location was prime—close to downtown, K-town, the arts district, and tons of venues. We also love the coffee shop in the lobby. We felt safe too. We travel to DTLA a lot for concerts and events and this will definitely be our go-to hotel!
