I stayed this past July one night with my daughter for a concert. Staff was friendly and nice, as soon as I got to our room I noticed the smoke detector low battery beeping sound was on. I called front desk they came and fixed it a short time after, nice older hispanic lady. There was hardly any parking if you are coming back late, drove around for about 15-20 mins till I seen someone leave. The area is pretty sketchy outside the facility. Also they were supposed to put a hold for the 50$ deposit on my card, when I checked out the guy said it would take about one week to get put back into my account. It never got put back, I called numerous times and nobody ever answered. Had to file a dispute with my bank. When I looked more into it I did see this has happened many times with other people. Please read other reviews. Will not be staying here again. That has never happened to me ever.

Bedframe was broken upon entering. Lights were broken upon entering. They had to replace the light bulbs. The hair dryer was broken. They had to replace it as well. The water pressure was very low. The AC was really cold very great quality. The bed sheets were not the best. They kept sliding off no matter how much I fixed the fitted sheets. The area is very ghetto. Very much giving skid row. Which is only a few blocks away. Its dirty on the streets. It had a foul odor upon walking through the side walks. The transiets are all over the streets and in front of the hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights just to be close to the crypto arena. Definitely not booking on booking.com ever again. You should book this hotel if you are in a bind and need cheap rooms.

Solid spot for one-night stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room phone did not work in case you needed to call the main office. Not spectacular, but a solid place to sleep. Just make sure you secure/hide any valuables you may have in your vehicle.

About a year ago, I wanted to spend a night at this INN, (check in is at 3:00 PM, check out at 11:00 AM) I was there around 11:00 AM and the front desk guy told me that if I wanted the room at 11:00 AM, I had to pay an extra $50.00 dollars. I say NO thanks. I walked out to another INN nearby, and I was able to get the room as soon as I walked in. No extra charge for being early.

Clean room. Had a roach on the ceiling hanging out right over the bed. A bit taken back that they didn't want to give us more than one key to the room or enough clean towels for all guests in the room. Friendly staff. I believe this is a owner issue. Hotel is perfectly located in the middle of all my events.
