Wow. First off stunning hotel and beautiful room. Very clean and excellent service all the staff are so kind and incredible, they go above and beyond. Especially Bridgett, the front office manager, she is probably one of the kindest people I have ever met and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I stay at hotels all the time and never have I ever been helped so professionally and kindly with such amazing service than I was with Bridgett. She is incredible! All round fabulous customer service and that really makes your stay fabulous. Thank you Bridgett!

The hotel service was impeccable. From the valet to housekeeping and from the double take restaurant ( highly recommend the lobster salad and the burger) to the front desk, everyone deserves 5 stars. We had to change our reservation twice due to family illness and the hotel was extremely accommodating. Location was perfect for easy access to west LA. We’ll be back!

This was our first stay at this hotel but definitely not our last. The room was very comfortable. We were even upgraded to a suite without asking. The bed was perfect and there were multiple outlets on both sides. The TV was very nice but packed the basic ability to stream any content. That was our only disappointment in the entire stay. There is free coffee in the lobby each morning rather than a coffee maker in each room. We texted the front desk and a Keurig coffee maker was promptly delivered. The restaurant was great for dinner. The salmon entree was perfectly cooked with a sweet glaze. The fish tacos were also delicious. No need to go anywhere else for dinner! The best thing about the hotel, however, are the employees! Everyone we encountered was very friendly, helpful, and appeared to value us as guests.

As a platinum member of IHG and have been to many Kimpton hotel, this might be one of the worst. Lobby is really nice but the room feels like it doesn't belong to the same hotel concept. Room has no closet, no hanger, no slipper, no free water. Bed and pillow is dirty, i feel itchy the whole night on wherever there is no separation between my skin and their linen. HVAC unit room is next to the bed, which is very oddly placed, makes loud sound every few minutes and i couldnt sleep well. On top of that, air conditioning very badly operates, one minute i feel very cold, next minute i feel hard to breath. Elevator is extremely slow, consider new technology and being in the hotel. Before arrived, i texted IHG help number to request a crib, they told me its "first come first serve and cannot guarantee". So what should i do? Should i bring baby portable crib or not while USA suggests against co-sleeping with parents fir infant. Why couldn't i confirm about the availability of a crib beforehand so i can plan ahead of time? Such a bad experience.

Lovely stay for my business trip. Staff, Facility and Location were all excellent. It was my first trip to the US, so I don't have a frame of reference but the location seemed very safe and had good access to some shops about 10ish minutes walk away. The food in the downstairs restaurant was very nice and the lobby was a relaxing space. All the staff I interacted with (front desk, restaurant staff) were all friendly but professional. It is not a cheap hotel, but you get value for your money with the quality and service. The only minor minus was the air conditioning for my room was quite loud, but it functioned well so its not a deal breaker.
