The room was fine and overall the stay was pleasant. However, there was one situation that left me dissatisfied. After housekeeping cleaned the room, I noticed that my dermatological soap no longer contained the original product; the container was filled only with water. I’m not exactly sure what happened, but I would have appreciated being informed honestly if something occurred, rather than simply having it refilled with water. I believe transparency and respect for guests’ belongings are very important. Aside from that detail, everything else was fine.
The hotel was under renovation, but the finished floor we stayed on was beautiful. Our room was very updated, comfy, and had a beautiful bathroom. The beds were very comfy and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the underground parking and the area felt safe. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!
They are doing renovations! This hotel is not the most convenient area and there are no restaurants or bars so make sure to grab food before you check in. The parking is cheap at only $15 which is nice and they have many spots underground. However, for some reason it smells like oil or gas down there. They do have a 711 and a liquor store within walking distance. The area is quiet. Rooms were nice and clean and they had a huge tv which was great to watch tubing. I would stay here again for the cheap rate.
This place is awful and they did steal my $200 deposit it’s still pending so my bank can’t get the money back and when i call them they say they don’t charge so i still havent got the money back yet it’s been 3 weeks lol it’s old, they don’t even have water to drink in the room. I let my family stay here while they were visiting LA and i had to move them to a better hotel in downtown and they loved it there done book here! I ended up spending more here than 4 star hotel lol worst of all
The only thing I can say is you most likely will be disappointed as the room does not resemble to the pictures posted by them. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again. Maybe for the price, the quality is okay but all these hotels keep posting pictures that are not the same as the real thing.
