Thank you AIDA! My Mom and I had excellent customer service at this Holiday Inn! Aida and the team provided us a warm welcome, personalized service, and helpful introduction to the hotel's amenities. There's a free breakfast bar with egg whites, eggs, oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, waffles, and more! I spotted a juice bar and coffee stations. Coffee is available around the clock, even after the buffet closes! Shoutout out to Holiday Inn, the coffee was hot and delicious. If you're looking for dinner or lunch, there's a small snack nook near the front desk with microwaveable meals and cold drinks. The nook also has Tylenol and some other items you've might've forgotten at home. We took a couple laps around the hotel and noticed ice machines, a pool, and gym. I felt safe, however we heard screaming in the middle of the night nearby and it was quite startling. The neighborhood is a little rough, and it's near a bustling part of LA. We heard some sirens and antics in the parking lot, however our car was safe. Security seemed to be walking around. This hotel didn't feel sketchy or creepy, it was super clean and comfortable. Just be aware in case you're not good with noise. Our rooms were fantastic, the beds were cozy and we were equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Parking was FREE, this hotel is an 8 min drive from LA Live, Crypto Arena, and LACC.

The staff at this place is great and there is nothing wrong with the hotel itself it’s centrally located to get around Los Angeles. The concern is all the homeless and drug abuse that is around the area. I would just suggest having a security guard at the entrance at all times. We did have a homeless woman make her way inside for breakfast and help herself to coffee. Hotel staff did try and get her out, but she was very persistent. Honestly if I was alone I would have cared that much but I was with my wife and child and the concern was for them. Probably would stay again if I’m traveling alone.

It’s a great find in downtown L.A. that included free parking and breakfast. I arrived late the first night and most of the parking spots were taken. All the other nights were easy to find parking. The front desk staff was friendly when I checked in. They greeted us every time we leave the hotel or return to it. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a great deal. I would stay here agin if we’re in town.

Not sure where to start when it comes to speaking about this hotel. We absolutely love Holiday Inns and we have stayed at them many times. When thinking about traveling we always look straight into Holiday Inn.The hotel itself is lovely. It is very clean and the suite we stayed in was super spacious. It came with a King sized bed and a pull out couch/bed. However,it’s not what we had originally purchased. We purchased a double bed through a different website and they were not able to match that since it may have been an issue through the 3rd party. I suggest you make sure to call the hotel if you have any questions prior to booking and also read the reviews before making your reservation. The location is OVERLY PACKED with homeless people. location : I truly can’t even give the location 1 star. It was terrible. Upon arrival Outside of the parking garage as we came in there was two people injecting one another with some sort of d(rug although this is not in their control it was saddening and scary to see and think this is where you’ll be staying . As we turned into the garage there was one person sitting right inside the parking garage almost infront of the lobby and they were also doing drugs and laying there . cleanliness: extremely clean. we were here for two nights and we had clean towels both days. amenities: They have breakfast from 7-10am on the weekends and 6:30-9:30am on the weekdays. They offered fruit,oatmeal,coffee,bagels,muffins,toast, egg white with spinach, sausage patties, vegetable mix, biscuits and gravy. Their pancake machine was broken. Free WiFi

We had a girls trip here for a week. Service was amazing and the rooms easily fit us. The location is a bit sketchy at night, but for the most part we drove rather than walked (there is a parking garage as well). The breakfast was surprisingly super good for being included for free every morning! We all loved the pancakes and biscuits and gravy
