A Pleasant Return Stay at Hometel Suites Second stay at Hometel Suites. Hotel was attentive to our requests for a non-smoking, quiet room on a higher floor with a large bed. Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is limited but workable. Great walkable location and good value for the price. Pleasant stay overall and would be returning.

Friendly staff! No frills place, but since it's pretty centrally located to buses and the Metro, it's great for New Yorkers who don't know how to drive to take public transportation. Rooms are very clean, and there's a Korean seafood restaurant and a great coffee place attached to the hotel. If you're on a budget and visiting LA for fun or for work, this is a great hotel!

I stay here one or two days a week and it’s a very nice hotel. The staff is especially attentive. I would like to give special thanks to the reception team — they handle the check-in process quickly and efficiently without making you wait

My partner and I and our baby comes to this location we meet here once a week sometimes, and the young boy who works on the weeknd is the best. but i also respect and adore the entire staff, i am black and i love how i am treated here, and i love how i see them treat everyone not just myself. i am always greeted with a smile and i feel like there is no judgement. so just wanted to say thank you for always be kind to my family and myself. ms powell.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, damp, and full of mold, including visible mold inside the air conditioning unit. The smell was horrible, and it was difficult to breathe comfortably. The bedsheets were not changed during our stay, and overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. We complained to the reception, but no solution or compensation was offered — the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay a bit more for a place that takes cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort seriously. The location was decent, close to central Los Angeles and easy to reach by car.
