Very BAD customer service (possibly racial as I’m Latino). I went in to get change as daughters graduation is coming up so wanted to change some $20’s to new single new dollar bills. I was wearing a business suit as well. She denied me service claiming they have a policy and can’t help me because I’m not a member. What I just wanted change???? Ok, so sign me up. Again, denied me on the spot because she claimed you need to make a reservation to get an account? Clearly not a place to do business with and won’t do business with them in the future!
Went to get cash from capital one debit account. However they said they dont have money 🤨. Also, can't speak English and poor service. Def not recommended this location.
unfriendly staffs and customer service. They serve with an attitude that ignores adults. Isn't it natural to teach them if they don't know anything? His face was full of irritation and he was so embarrassed by his insincere attitude.
Uesless, helpless and the worst bank. BYE BYE
This is the worst bank ever. Never go there. Their loans are especially bad. I've used 6-7 banks in the US, and they're the worst of the worst. For some reason, they sometimes buy customers' loans from other banks, perhaps because they have a poor track record. I'm in that situation, and the term is still short, so I'm holding on tight, as refinancing would be a loss. First of all, their payment options are the worst. Even automatic transfers can only be registered in the borrower's name. No online transfers, no Zelle, no credit cards. Only wire transfers are available through the bank, and there's a $30 wire fee. The problem started here. I wrote a check and mailed it every month, but when I contacted Hanmi, they said it was sent on the 19th of every month. I received it on the 25th of every month, and sometimes it didn't arrive. Even so, they sent it by check right after I received it, but it was often delayed or lost during delivery. When I received a call saying I hadn't received it, I only went to the bank to send it by wire. I don't know if they were intentionally trying to charge me a late fee or if they were determined to ruin my credit, but they contacted me between the 17th and the 25th. Last November, when I moved to Korea, I set up a bill payment system to send it on the 20th of every month. I also received an email from the sending bank saying they had sent the check to Hanmi Bank. Suddenly, on December 24th, almost a month later, Hanmi emailed me that the check hadn't arrived. So, my husband, who had already arrived in the US on the 26th, thought it had been lost again and sent it by wire on the 27th. In December The $110 late fee was so high that I had to fill out a form to receive a WAVE. I wrote "lost in transit" as the reason. As proof, I attached a photo of the email the bank sent me, saying, "Bill payment has been sent to Hanmi Bank." Since I didn't receive a response or email, I assumed the payment had been WAVEd. After that, I had no choice but to set up automatic transfers to my account, so I didn't pay attention. Then, in July, I received a mail with a late fee balance of $110. I called and complained, and the person in charge said they forgot to report it in January. I called headquarters and spoke with someone else to complain, and they said they finally reported it and would email me when it was processed. But two months have passed and I haven't heard from them yet. I called last week and asked to speak directly with the decision-maker, and they said they were on vacation or something. Hahaha. These people don't do their jobs. Hahaha. The owner of Hanmi needs to wake up. Customer service is also a mess. The more I talk, the more the problem isn't resolved, and they keep delaying it and not responding.
