Room was very dirty (was looking that it's not cleaned), and very noisy even after 1am, and we couldn't sleep. Also, wanted to cancel the reservation since it's impossible to stay there and because of the terrible service, the manager and staff didn't want to try to help and solve. They were super unhelpful and charged me on the days that I didn't stay. Please stay away from this place!!!

This place had outstanding reviews on other sites and decent reviews on Google. I guess that raise my expectations a bit. The facilities are clean rooms have been partly renovated, nice floors, but overall it feels pretty worn. I didn’t interact with staff after check-in, and that’s fine. My biggest concern for coming back is that it’s on a busy street and it was quite noisy. This part of town can be a little rough and there was screaming in the parking lot and car alarms that went off my first night, so not the most restful stay

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The room was infested with bedbugs — I was bitten more than 15 times all over my body, even under my clothes. I did not sleep all night, and instead of resting, I had to repack and isolate all of my belongings, buy bags and supplies, and now I have to spend hours disinfecting everything to make sure I don’t bring the infestation into my home. The bites are extremely painful and itchy, and I will have to suffer with them for at least a week. When I reported this to the hotel, I was told someone would call me about a refund, but nobody did. Later, the staff informed me that they would not refund me at all — instead, as a so-called “gesture of goodwill,” they only allowed me to check out a little later. This is deeply insulting. After being harmed physically, losing sleep, wasting time, and suffering stress, being told that a later checkout is their idea of compensation shows a complete lack of respect for guests. The hotel rushed me to vacate the room so they could give it to someone else, without any care for my health or for the safety of future guests. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others not to stay here.

Cute little inn with all the necessities! Not super fancy, but the room was clean and tidy and the customer service at the front desk was amazing. Definitely worth the price. The area itself is a little sketchy, but it's also a (cheap) prime location where you can drive or Uber to WeHo or Koreatown. Would definitely stay here again! Bonus: definitely try some of their recs for local places to eat! We tried a breakfast place they recommended that was within walking distance and it was AMAZING.

Rooms were super clean, sheets were clean, no weird smells just clean and cozy! They have toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot yours along with shampoo/conditioner and lotion in the room. Also very minimal noise for a Friday and Saturday night. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was kind, accommodating and helpful. We loved staying here!!
