I went there for convenience as I was in the area and needed a bouquet of flowers to gift. It’s a cute little store that is nicely decorated and organised and clean. Their bouquets are indeed on the expensive side. They have nice fresh flowers. I was helped to compose a bouquet but even if you pay cash and get a discount, it’s still expensive for the size of the bouquet. Service was knowledgeable and friendly. They also sell cards and added decor or accessories to add to your bouquet, as well as small balloons, which is convenient.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I placed my Valentine’s Day order two days in advance and paid around $165 including tax, expecting fresh and high-quality flowers. Unfortunately, several of the roses I received were visibly not fresh at all, as you can see the petals were already browning and curling at the edges. When I pointed this out in store, I was told “that’s the freshest we have,” despite clearly seeing fresher roses available. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Totally rage-baiting. For the price charged, I expected better quality and better customer service. I understand they might have excuses such as Valentine’s Day is busy (even though there are barely customers in the store at that time) but that shouldn’t justify selling flowers that are at least two days past their prime. Sadly, this experience did not match the expectations set by their pricing or reputation.

Great store to get flowers for your loved ones! If you want quality flowers with great design, this is your go to place in downtown Toronto. Always fresh! Flowers that I got stayed 3 weeks! I can’t thank enough! Thank you Flowers on Bay!
