Didn’t have a great experience. Brought my rep Rolex Sub for crystal adjustment since the cyclops was sitting a little crooked. Picked up the watch and the cyclops still looked crooked but the “master tech” said it was indeed straight. He also messed up putting the bezel back, it was half seated correctly and was ready to pop back out. Took it back and they said they’d look at it the next day. Picked it up the next day and the bezel looked fine. Took a closer look at home and it’s definitely off, can even tell from the alignment at the 30 at the bottom, you can feel that the top right of the bezel is pushed in which is causing the misalignment. Removed the bezel myself thinking maybe it just needed to be popped back in again, just to notice that 2 of the coil springs were missing. Bezel was perfect before. Just a heads up for those looking to get similar services. Pretty upset I paid $200 for this job

I found this place just based on Google reviews, and there’s a reason why they are rated so high! These guys are incredible. I brought in my mom’s 30-year-old vintage Sieko watch to restore- they put a new crystal top on it, brand new band (I found a replacement band for it on eBay), new battery and adjusted to fit- completely brought this back to life and is literally brand new. There were also other happy customers when I was there. Moses at the front was amazing and so friendly! Pricing is amazing too (I paid $45 for all of that, and $5 to adjust the links in my current watch)- also thought it was going to take much longer, but then they called me three hours later and said it was ready 🤯🫶🏼. They also adjusted my current watch on the spot in 2 seconds. These guys know what they are doing, they deal with very high-end watches to everything in between. Will 1000% always come back and recommend this place to everyone else. To top it off they were so pleasant and friendly and you can tell that they genuinely love what they do- had the best 1st time experience and left happy and a bit emotional wearing my mom’s watch out of there 🥹🥹🥹 💗💗💗 - Laura

Such a happy experience each time I come to have my watches repaired with the batteries replaced. No appointment, the staff are friendly, mindful and very efficient in getting the job done quickly with attention to care and detail. Prices for work very reasonable. WJ Watch Repair is my go to place for anything I need when it comes to repairing my watches.

From the moment I called in my experience was amazing. In store was even better. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The price was fair. The service was exceptional. I had a simple watch band changed that several other places for some reason wouldn't do. The band selection was wonderful also. All in all I can't recommend this place enough. Just an all around fantastic experience in every way.

I just brought two watches to get their batteries replaced. I can’t get over how fast and nice the service was. One of my watches is a Tag Heuer. They replaced the battery and did a water test while I waited. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did for me. Thanks so much.
