There is something very suspicious going on in this warehouse. Two packages were “shipped” from this location and turned up missing or received a package with nothing in it. This warehouse needs an investigation and hold management accountable. Absolutely embarrassing for UPS.

UPS sucks! They send me a text message stating it will be delivered today from 10:15am - 2:15pm. No show. I took the rest of the day of work for this package. Literally, waited over 2 hrs to get hold of a live agent to tell me it's probably going to be delivered Monday. I mean, delivering is what their service is and they can't even do there job. Will never ever use UPS.

Been back and forth with the people at ups and sent over the customs documents for clearance and they still don’t release my package. All they say is wait 1-2 business days! Ridiculous! Make this right! No reason my package should be held over “country of origin missing” then where the heck did the package come from since you guys were the ones handling it . Ridiculous!

I normally have no bad experiences with UPS. However, this is involving the entire company because I have been waiting for a package Since the 17th which has been almost 2 weeks. It has been in Kentucky for over a week and only today that I find out that it was in Ontario and was considered undeliverable and was about to be disposed of. My package was not cheap and the fact that now I’m gonna have to live with the fact that I’ve wasted money on a company that clearly does not care is unacceptable.

*Any positive reviews you see here are without a doubt posted by the “model” employees that work there. By far the worst, most incompetent weakest link for UPS. Not once but numerous times when a package of mine enters this particular facility it gets shipped out of state and takes a tour to Oregon. Why Oregon? Beyond furious and there’s nothing you can do about BUT SPREAD THE WORD AND REFUSE TO GIVE THEM AND THE COMPANIES THAT USE THEIR SERVICES YOUR MONEY.
