First time flying with Korean Air and won't be the last one. Round Trip: LAX - ICN - BKK: Service was top notch. We travelled with my in-law in a wheelchair; Korean Air agents/ Flight Attendants showed absolutely caring/attentive service starting from checked-in counter to disembarking to final destination. Flown in economy in 777, 787-10 and one of my dream flight in a 747-8i during our travel. Enjoyed the inflight meals. Thankful with Korean Air! Will definitely fly with them on our next Asian trip!

Traveling from LAX to ICN and ICN to HKT on 7th November 25. Checked in with 3 extra luggage and 2 cats my wife was already stressed about the whole Traveling things but the staff at the counter were very helpful,professional ,patient and understanding especially ms.Chacha, also very nice experience at the lounge, my family will definitely continue flying with Korean air. Our Cats say thanks too!

This is the first airline that made me to check my carryon, that set off a troublesome chain reaction in Saigon SGN. The airline is fine. The flight attendants are tall and slim, and the females are all fair skinned - which considered beautiful within the Asians and Africans. The chain reaction is, they found battery in my luggage - the phone charger that came with the carry on, that I never paid any attention to, till now. They’re able to track me down, shows their savvy -:)

I enjoyed myself at the Korean air lounge with my friend. The food was great. Great place to stop and wine down after a long flight.
