Very bad service from Tuneup Masters, I paid for a tuneup service that was not worth it, in this place they are inexperienced and do not take care of customer cars on how to do the proper work. The service that I had received included changing the air filter in the glove box, which my car is brand new and the glove box was still new, but these people don't know how to do their job, so they ended up breaking my glove box and left it to me. useless. When I looked at what happened, I asked them for a refund of my money and they didn't want to give me anything nor did they help me with anything, the person who worked on my car and ruined it is called (Julio). I'm just saying if you don't know how to treat customers and how to work on cars you better not waste your time trying to do something you don't know how to do, Inexperienced People. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Everyone who brings their cars here be careful because this address 2925 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043 and 3001 W Slauson Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90043 are the same, they work together and they don't know how to do the jobs. IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

I drop my car off at 10am to c what the issue was and walked home! At 3pm I noticed I didn't receive a call from them to find out the problem. I walked to see what happened? Not a dang explanation. I them looked up the web page no number to call them. The web page sends you to Eagle Rock Auto repair. This👌

The repair shop added the wrong type of coolant to my vehicle without my authorization. My vehicle requires Toyota pink coolant, but a different type (purple coolant) was used. This was done during a service despite an existing engine issue. I am concerned this may have caused or worsened damage. I am requesting an investigation and resolution.
