Me and my wife received service for post partum care. We wired the deposit fee to the bank account that Julie asked us to. A few days later is when we realized that Julie (the manager or owner) was strange. She called my wife 4-5 times a day (early morning, late evening) to see where the money was. We assured her that we sent the money and sent her the evidence via photo of the actual bank wire. Julie continued to call my wife as well as the lady who was at our house (even multiple times late night) about the deposit. All the while we paid the lady who was taking care of my wife on-time. Turns out her bank failed the wire transfer to her account (for whatever reason), charged me $45 and I offered to deposit cash (and even eat the $45 fee the bank charged me) into her bank directly. Julie's obsession with the deposit made her extremely upset and was yelling over the speakerphone. She ended up cancelling our service MID-WAY. Considering they are a post partum care company I feel they are doing their customers a great disservice by pulling service mid-way because it was THEIR bank's problem. Especially whne I offered to deposit cash. I would not refer or recommend this service to anyone because of their lack of compassion for a mom with a newborn and poor service.

Now that things are a little more stable, I suddenly thought of Aunt Jin, who took care of her back then, and wanted to give you a brief greeting. How are you all? I'll call Aunt Jin again, as she seems busy, but I'm sorry I couldn't tell you how grateful I was for introducing her to such a wonderful person. Gain and her wife are doing very well.
