⚠️AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The first time I came here (February 2025) I had cracked my Macbook Pro screen on accident (entirely my fault for dropping something on it), and they offered a good price. They initially quoted me at $300 on the phone with the price of the screen + labor fees and after seeing my screen ($250 for the screen and $50 for labor fee), but then quoted me for $400 later on (increased labor fee to $100). This is fine as usually Apple makes you pay double to repair accidental damage that's not covered by warranty, and I didn't have Apple Care. Requested cash instead of card payment if I wanted it to be slightly cheaper at $350. I was very adamant on also making sure their screens were authentic, and they ensured me all screens were the same. They said the screen would take a week to arrive and would follow up when they said it was done. I ended up calling because they delayed repair, but I understood it took a while for the screen model to be delivered. While the repair was fine, they weirdly changed something in my hard drive so that my fingerprint allowed me to access my computer, but my password wasn't working when I typed it in. I had to go back and reset it. The screen also was this weird cool toned shade, and the camera quality became so terrible and laggy I could barely get on Zoom calls because my camera looked like it constantly had grease on it. Then 6 months later today, I barely grazed the screen with my finger and the screen immediately cracked. I am very careful with my electronics due to how costly it is to repair and because I constantly need my laptop for work and school reasons. While the first time it was definitely my fault, this repair was useless, faulty, and low quality. I was skeptical since the place had awful reviews, but I was a student about to graduate university and was very concerned about my budget and paying off student loans, so I just went to the most convenient place I could find. That was a big mistake and so stupid of me to do. Please go to another repair store even if it costs a bit more and make sure the screens they order are authentic and durable. When I also went to pick up my repair back in February, they refused to show me the price of the screen they had ordered online, so I wasn't even sure if labor costs or the screen had been the reason my price increased when they had quoted me cheaper early on. I was also extremely worried and anxious about it potentially breaking again when I went to pick it up, but they insisted it was a very strong screen and unless I dropped something on it again, it would not break. Ironically, It broke February 12 and exactly 6 months later today, August 12, it is broken. Coming from a Korean, Korean businesses are always sleazy and mostly concerned about money rather than customer satisfaction. If the reviews are bad and you feel skeptical, AVOID. Just spend more at a higher quality place, especially if you use your laptop daily. I don't even want to give them one star.
five years ago this place was nothing. they sometimes have front office personnel who'll tell you to bring your fixing to other place. Now adays, this is my only go to place. Honest and straightforward. My only go to place for my laptop and pc.
We dropped off the laptop that had power issue intermittently. When we got the laptop back, the NVMe (hard drive) was taken out, and taped on the invoice. No anti static sleeve whatsoever. They just said it's not repairable, and cheaper to buy a new one. We paid $35 for inspection/diagnosis (whatever they call it), and left the store. When I opened the laptop to put NVMe back, I saw that RAM was missing from laptop after we got home. They told me to pick RAM up from store when I called them. How convenient for them to "FORGET" to put RAM back. We brought in the complete laptop, but they did not even bother to put the laptop back to one piece at least. They have no knowledge about electronics, nor PC. Stay far away from this store.
After having my product here for a month this is the result: (Before that the product was perfectly fine just couldn't charge no crack no nothing) -Does not tell any progress -Never calls you first -Said it will take about a week but ever time I call them they extended it a month, I could not take it anymore so I asked them if they can fix it or not and to please call us. -Told us they can not fix it so pick it up -We eventually asked our relatives if they could fix it and what we found out was pretty shocking. They broke the screen and made it not able to work and when we paid the fee they did not tell us anything about it. We basically paid money for nothing and as a result a broken product So overall if you want your stuff to get F up go for it!
I took my new laptop because some of the files I download would crack. They suggested me to reinstall the window at $60 which is about double the price compared to where I used to go. Without any further notice, they returned my laptop, when I turned my laptop, first screen got cracked, the initial problem did not get resolved. Called, a man would connect me to the person who handled but soon hung up on me. Called again. The technician avoided making apologies and offered another chance to take a look at my laptop (which tells me they don't ever feel responsible for the initial problem). He said he will apologize if I wanted him to (what??-he doesn't feel responsible for the cause) He didn't ask me if I wanted to back up my files and now my files are gone. I really regret going here without looking at other reviews. Worst ever customer service and technician! also no stated services displayed...! work done is so unprofessional! Update -after about 2month. Not a surprising.., i had problem on this laptop (a new problem) i took my computer to a different store and they said when Installed the window, few things were missing and suggested me to take this computer back to where I got the Window installed to get it fixed. I took it back, they said they did nothing on my computer, they looked at my laptop and kept insisting that there is no evidence left that they did anything to my laptop. I gave them my phone number to look up in their system and they found me. They said there is no warranty for the work they’ve done and if I need to reinstall the window, i have to pay again. Now I know they logic isn’t of this world and left the store unfixed and without getting any apologies. I cannot believe they are still open!!!
