I cannot say about the product itself because I haven’t tried yet, but I wanted to share my recent experience with this company. I saw their ad on the Korean newspapers and went to the Cerritos headquarters but it was a corporate HQ and the building was locked. I tried calling a few times but no answer from the headquarters phone line… I called their Buena Park showroom to avoid another waste of our time but no one answered again. Finally when I got connected with the HQ, the receptionist (I guess) was not well trained and could not answer my questions clearly and the way how she answered the calls was unprofessional and untrained at all. Bodyfriend - if you want to expand your business in the USA, please be mindful running your ads (specify that there is no showroom at the HQ, and other showrooms’ business hours etc) clearly. And at least have your phone line answered during the business hours. And please train your receptionist to answer calls professionally.
